The body is a self healing organism and as such has the capability to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. My work involves healing through Breath, Awareness, Releasing with sound, Meditation, Visualization and Imagery, Guided Journeys, Gratitude, Support systems and having Fun.

I use these tool to heal myself and many of my clients. I thouroughly believe that we can self-heal.
